Bartlomiej Figiel is a law graduate from the University of Wroclaw. He also completed attorney-at-law apprenticeship at the Wroclaw Bar Association. He has more than 7 years of professional experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs.

Before joining WPW, Bartlomiej worked for SDZLEGAL Schindhelm law firm in Wroclaw (2015-2016).

Bartlomiej specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructuring projects. He advises clients in the processes of creating capital structures, negotiating investment agreements and joint-venture agreements, as well as in the processes of mergers, divisions and transformations of companies (including those involving companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange). He also has experience in the field of shareholders’ disputes, succession of business and creation of alternative investment companies.

At WPW, he also advises corporate clients on labor law issues, trademark registration and acquisition of commercial real estate (including agricultural property).

Bartlomiej works with clients from e.g. production, IT, real estate development and technology industries. He advised, among others in transactions involving the purchase of shares (construction industry), management buyout (power hydraulics industry), exit of a private investor from a investment fund, creation of alternative investment companies, division of a company (food industry) and reorganization of a capital group (real estate developer).
