Daria Kwiatkowska graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw. Since 2021 she has been a trainee attorney-at-law at the Wroclaw Bar Association.

Daria provides legal support to entrepreneurs in matters related to commercial company law and contract law. She advises on issues related to the establishment, liquidation and restructuring of the company, as well as legal services concerning the sale and acquisition of companies and drafting of corporate law documents. Daria also carries out projects related to issues regarding labor law and banking and finance projects, including in the drafting of loan documentation and accompanying collateral packages. Daria also advises on projects in the area of compliance, such as the application of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, personal data protection and related to securing the correct execution of transactions in terms of sanction regulations.

Prior to joining the WPW team, from 2016 to 2021, she gained experience in the company’s legal department and in leading Wroclaw law firms providing services regarding wide-ranging business services and M&A transactions.
