Karolina graduated from the faculties of law and economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in the law of commercial companies at the University of Warsaw.

Since 2013, he has been practicing as an attorney and providing legal assistance dedicated to business.

Karolina specializes in commercial contract law, corporate law and comprehensive legal support of business, including compliance. She works with corporate clients and businesses advising on the day-to-day legal issues of their business and on transactions to establish, liquidate or restructure business activity. She has experience in providing legal services for the sale of businesses and real estate transactions and securing these transactions. She has carried out projects related to the establishment of companies of foreign entities in Poland.

Karolina has many years of experience representing clients in litigation and advising and negotiating disputes. She has worked with clients in the financial, IT, medical and manufacturing industries, among others.

Before joining WPW, she gained practice and professional experience in the Wroclaw legal and tax department of PwC and in law firms performing legal services for corporate clients.

Karolina is fluent in English.
