Marita graduated in law from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław. She has been with WPW since 2021. Prior to that, she gained experience at the Law Office of Legal Advisors R. Ptak and Partners in Wrocław.

At WPW, Marita provides legal support to entrepreneurs in matters related to commercial company law and contract law. She advises corporate clients on mergers, divisions, and transformations of capital companies. Marita is also experienced in providing legal advice on labour law and EU trademark registration.

Currently, Marita works, among others, with clients from the manufacturing, IT and property development sectors. During her career, she has advised on the acquisition of shares in a large manufacturing company and the division of a food company.
