Tomasz Ulatowski is a master of law and a graduate at the University of Wrocław. In 2016, he was entered on the list of legal advisers.

He has been involved in the tax advisory since 2010. He specializes mainly in issues related to corporate income tax (CIT). In WPW, he supports clients primarily in the area of tax reliefs (R&D, IP Box) in a form tailored to a given case, withholding tax (WHT), as well as broadly understood tax compliance (implementation of procedures, securing the management board). He also advises family businesses, e.g. on the so-called Estonian CIT. In addition, he participates in various types of reorganization projects (M&A) and the creation of tax-effective structures. In addition, he represents our clients during tax and court proceedings.

Tomasz works with clients from e.g. technology, IT, financial and outsourcing industries. He participated, among others in creating a settlement model for intra-group services in a large international group dealing with recruitment and employee outsourcing, and reorganization of the group after being taken over by a new investor.

Before joining WPW, he gained professional experience in the Wrocław tax department of Deloitte in the CIT/TP team, and earlier in TLA Kancelaria and Rödl & Partner.

He is fluent in English.
