WPW Wołczek, Proksa & Wspólnicy is a consultancy firm and law firm specialising in business law and tax law.
Our specialisation is advising on complex transactions and restructurings performed by business entities. We also provide comprehensive legal and tax advice.
We are a trusted advisor to listed companies, financial institutions, industry leaders, large and medium-sized companies with Polish and foreign capital and entrepreneurs on the Forbes list of the richest Poles.
We are an active member of the business community of Wrocław and Poznań – we work actively for the economic development of the region in cooperation with the Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency, the Western Chamber of Commerce, the British Polish Chamber of Commerce, the Business Center Club, the Wielkopolska Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Opole Centre for Economic Development, the Polish Copper Employers’ Association, the City of Wrocław, the City of Poznań and special economic zones.
