“Our mission is to support clients in increasing the value of their business. From the beginning of our operation under the WPW brand, our aspiration has been to work in partnership with our clients, whom we want to accompany in both daily and strategic challenges. Together with clients, we develop tailor-made legal and tax solutions that allow them to set sail – this would not be possible without a good understanding of the client’s business realities. Privately, I’m an avid sailor and I know that sometimes the wind is blowing in the sails and sometimes there’s a flare, but there’s always a haven somewhere we want to reach. Similarly, in business, often entrepreneurs are not influenced by external circumstances, which are once better, once worse, but they persevere towards their goal based on a well-chosen crew. We accompany clients at different periods of their development – we believe that at each of them we are able to bring noticeable value to the client.”
“Organizational culture is extremely important to us. We work on demanding projects, difficult in terms of content, often carried out under time pressure. Therefore, basing the principles of cooperation with our experts on the basis of mutual trust, respect for personal priorities, and support for development is extremely important to us. Over the years, we have managed to develop a model of partnership with people in managerial positions, which allows us to attract the best experts in the markets. Meanwhile, a clear career path, mentoring program and competency models create a kind of roadmap for young, ambitious people who want to spread their wings quickly as tax and legal advisors.”
