Marcelina Znamirowska graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics University of Wrocław with a specialisation in Accounting and Taxation (Bachelor’s degree) and Business Law (Master’s degree).

She gained practice and professional experience in a tax advisory office in Wrocław (Tax Advisors Group sp. z o.o.), where she worked in 2018-2022.

Marcelina specialises in income tax, with particular emphasis on Corporate Income Tax. In her professional work, she provides ongoing advisory services, including ongoing and project tax services to entrepreneurs, including entities operating in Special Economic Zones (SEZ/PIZ). She also deals with such projects as as company transformations and mergers, tax planning of divestments of enterprises and significant assets. Marcelina is also interested in issues related to tax credits, such as R&D, IP Box and innovation credits, withholding tax. Marcelina is also interested in issues related to tax forms of support for companies, primarily R&D relief, IP Box and other reliefs.

She has been working at WPW since 2022, where she supports the Tax Team mainly in the area of Corporate Income Tax. She also deals with issues related to state aid, with particular emphasis on aid in Special Economic Zones/Polish Investment Zone.
