The activity of the legal department is primarily based on the provision of services in the field of commercial law, with particular emphasis on company law, M&A, business law and financial market law. The Law Office also conducts extensive practice in the field of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings as well as labor law. In addition, we participate and advise on investments and international contracts.

The team is co-created by experienced attorneys-at-law, lawyers and trainee attorneys-at-law.

We support our clients both in solving current problems and with more complex legal doubts – we support investments, set up companies, act on behalf of clients before courts, administrative bodies and financial institutions, we participate in management board meetings during which key decisions for our clients are made.

We are distinguished by an individual and comprehensive approach tocases of our clients–, we analyze both the legal and the tax consequences of commissioned tasks. We go beyond the individual problem and consider the further effects of the solutions adopted.
